After growing up in the foster care system in Winchester, VA, many people thought that he would end up being another statistic. As a teen, David was sifted through three different behavioral centers but was finally given a chance to better himself when he was taken in by a foster family in Richmond, VA.
Over the last 18 years, David has devoted his life to working with teens and adults in the healthcare industry and in 2010, David began Network Kings, a company that services individuals worldwide by providing them with Top-Notch logos, Graphic Design, Web Design/Development and Hosting, Mobile Apps, Remote I.T. Services, Printing Services and Promotional Services. He is also the founder of 2nd Chances, an organization that provides troubled youth, teens, and young adults with the skills and mentoring they need to succeed.
